Are you a municipal professional involved in the administration of a town or city in the state of Maryland? More than likely, your municipality is a bit smaller in size and has received help from MRWA with water, wastewater, grants, workforce development, compliance, or any number of topics we provide assistance with across our state.
We have recently started to reach out to administrative staff members, elected officials, and other key people involved in the day-to-day management of these municipalities to find out how we can support you all better. In May 2024, we held a full day of administrative training as part of our annual conference and received a lot of positive feedback from our attendees – and we want to keep that ball rolling.
We’re now planning to host a free virtual training session for people such as yourself in the fall of 2024. We’re reaching out now to ask for your feedback on what topics you’d like to see covered by this training. We will be offering a half day’s worth of coverage for topics such as grant writing, customer service, cybersecurity, etc., but we wanted to hear directly from you on what topics appeal to you the most and what other topics we need to consider in building a training session that has the most value for you.
We’d really appreciate it if you could take our very brief survey and provide your feedback in guiding this upcoming training.
Thanks so very much for your time and we hope you’ll be able to join us for this training in the fall!
